Rebuilding the nose

With the bulkhead and snub nose rebuilt it was time to put the lower panels back in place.
The "fish" clamps are holding the overlapping pieces in place while the glue sets. Luckily the majority of the damage was in locations that these overlapping pieces were not obviously visible once the new panels were in place.

The pictures above and below show the rebuilt nose and bulkhead in position ready for the lower chine panels to be fitted.

The lower chine panels in position and held in place by screws, cable ties and copious amounts of resin.

Once all this sticky mess has set the next job will be to patch up the remaining gaps. Starting to look like a dinghy, but not watertight yet.
